During my Christmas stay, I found the parking lot to be spacious and the lobby had a charming and vintage vibe. the view of the mountains from my window was breathtaking and definitely something to remember.

The room had a foul smell coming from the bathroom, and the noise from the neighboring room was unbearable. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable stay.

The hotel had a great pool area and fantastic views. The rooftop pool was always clean and the perfect place to relax after a day of sightseeing. The breakfast was good and had a variety of continental options. The hotel location was also very convenient, with easy access to public transport.

Lovely family run hotel with great value for money, enormous rooms, and friendly staff. The junior suite was spacious with a large balcony and two en-suite bathrooms. The location is ideal, close to thermal baths and the tourism office.

The service was top-notch, with room service, dry cleaning, and laundry all available. The staff were friendly and attentive, always ready to assist with any requests. The room amenities were excellent, with a comfortable sitting area, balcony, and in-room safe. The hotel's facilities were superb, from the spa and wellness center to the outdoor swimming pool and sun terrace. The garden area was a lovely place to relax and the rooftop pool offered stunning views.
